With some help from Skuld, Belldandy unleashes her full powers to save Urd and Keiichi from the Lord of Terror, who is also an embodiment of the Ultimate Destruction Program. Virtue and the love between Belldandy and Keiichi triumph over evil, as Terror suffers the humiliating fate of being degaussed.
