While Sakura pursues her medical studies, Naruto joins Hinata, Shino, and Kiba in an expedition to find the extremely rare Bikoshu Beetle that might be able to track down Sasuke–no one in the Hidden Leaf Village has any clue as to where he’s gone. In these episodes, Orochimaru may remind viewers of Naraku in Inu-Yasha: an evil mastermind who seems less threatening that he should because he uses subordinates to fight the heroes, rather than engaging them himself.
