seriously? one star because you didn’t use common sense? I own one very, very cute Tokidoki phone charm and am completely happy with the product. I am reviewing the product quality not service(which, by the way, was fine). Apparently the unhappy buyer has an inability to understand that for three dollars you get ONE charm not twenty which wouldn’t make sense from a marketing approach. I received mine within a week. It came inside an adorable mini-box with the Tokidoki characters on the sides. The charm is hard plastic with beautiful details and paint job. It is absolutely worth buying if you are into cute things.

My original order was lost in the mail, but customer service immediately answered my email and sent me another one free of charge! They were very nice and shipping for the second order was fast!
I recieved the Skull Bomb charm, and it seems very durable as well as cute. Very nice thing about these is how small they are, making them easy to fit into a pocket with your cellphone.
